Our Beginnings
Paragon Synchro was founded with love in 2022 by former members of Precisely Right, which sadly collapsed a few seasons ago. This team was created as a monument to everything that the original Precisely Right taught us: love, acceptance, family, and hard work. Paragon means the epitome of excellence, and that is what we strive for. We are an individual member of USFSA, and practice at Bridgwater Sports Arena in Central New Jersey. In the past, we have hosted teams at the Synchro Academy, Aspire 1, Aspire 2, Aspire 3, and Open Juvenile Levels. Each team is composed of skaters with various ages, backgrounds, and talents, making Paragon an extremely diverse team overall.
Mission
We are proud to be the first fully health conscious and financially accessible synchro team. Our goal is to help our skaters and families grow in every way possible- we believe a skater should never be denied the ability to do what they love because of their economic circumstance. Our team provides our families with resources such as free behavioral and developmental health counseling, referrals to physical & mental health services, mentorships, skating scholarships, free ice skates, internships, and more! Your skater's mental and physical health comes first, and we are always there for them, win or lose.
